Who we are

NB. Brand & Marketing is a brand operated by Beltrán Holdings LLC, formed in the United States. Contact: nb@nongelysbell.com.

What we offer

• Strategy services: brand, marketing, content and sales programs for individuals and businesses (AVOS Diagnostic, AVOS Mentorship, Relentless Brand, Positioning Strategy and Growth), and others we agree in writing.
• Digital tools: the "Analyze your brand" app and the digital products in the store.
• Digital products: resources, workbooks and workshops in our Payhip store.

How a service is hired

Every service starts with the AVOS Diagnostic, a private 45-minute session with an investment of US$120, credited in full if you hire another program within the next 30 days. Afterward we send a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and investment. The service starts when you accept the proposal in writing and we receive the initial payment.

Scope and revisions

• We work only on what the proposal says.
• Each deliverable includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional or out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
• We need you to provide the information, access and approvals required, on time. Delays may move delivery dates.

No guarantee of results

We commit to the quality of the work and to the agreed deliverables. We do not guarantee sales, clients, followers, rankings or revenue, because they depend on factors outside our control: the market, budget, the client's execution and platform algorithms.

Payments

Payments are made as stated in the proposal or in the store. Prices do not include taxes or bank fees unless stated otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is settled. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Intellectual property

• Final deliverables: become yours once payment is complete.
• Our method and prior materials: the AVOS methodology, frameworks, templates, the app, guides and any material that already existed remain the property of Beltrán Holdings LLC. We grant you a license to use them as part of the service.
• Your material: texts, logos and images you give us remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use them.
• Portfolio: we may show finished work as an example unless you ask us in writing not to.
• Digital products: the license is personal. They may not be resold, shared or redistributed.
• Site content: may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Confidentiality

We treat as confidential the business information you share with us for the service, and we will not use it for other purposes.

Free tools and informational content

The app, the guide and the site content are provided "as is" for informational and guidance purposes. The analyses and bios the app generates are automated: review them before using them. Nothing published constitutes legal, financial or accounting advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or scrape its content in bulk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or lost opportunities arising from use of the site or the services. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. This does not limit rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where Beltrán Holdings LLC is formed. Before any claim, let us try to resolve it by writing to nb@nongelysbell.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published here, with its date. Changes do not affect services already contracted, which follow the terms in force when the proposal was accepted.
