Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use nongelysbell.com, what we use it for, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Who is responsible for your data
This site is operated under the brand NB. Brand & Marketing by Beltrán Holdings LLC, a limited liability company formed in the United States.
For any privacy matter, write to nb@nongelysbell.com. In this policy, "we" means Beltrán Holdings LLC.
What data we collect

The answers are sent to Anthropic, which generates the analysis, and the result reaches you by email, sent through Google. We keep a copy in the NB. Brand & Marketing inbox. |

We do not keep our own database. What is recorded when you apply, book or buy stays in Google Forms, Cal.com and Payhip, where we look it up to help you, and each app analysis is kept as a copy in the NB. Brand & Marketing inbox.
We do not ask for sensitive data (health, religion, financial details, etc.). Please do not include it in forms or messages.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. If we later send newsletters or promotional emails, we will ask for your consent separately.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to operate:
- Cal.com, for call scheduling.
- Google (Google Forms), to receive Diagnostic applications.
- Netlify, where the site and the audit app are hosted.
- Payhip and its payment processors, for the store and the free guide.
- Anthropic, which processes the app answers to generate your analysis.
- Google, which sends the email with your analysis and hosts the NB. Brand & Marketing inbox.
We may also share data if a law or a competent authority requires it.
International transfers
We operate from the Dominican Republic and the United States, and our providers may store data in the United States or other countries. We choose providers that apply reasonable safeguards. By using the site, you understand that your data may be processed outside your country.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and scheduling: as long as needed to help you.
- Applications, bookings and purchases in Google Forms, Cal.com and Payhip: according to each platform's policy.
- Copy of app analyses: as long as needed for follow-up, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Invoices and contracts: the periods required by tax and accounting rules.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Object to its use or ask us to restrict it.
- Receive it in a portable format.
- Withdraw your consent where you have given it.
Write to nb@nongelysbell.com and we will reply within 30 days. If your data is in Google Forms, Cal.com or Payhip, we will help you handle it with them. These rights are recognized, depending on where you live, by Dominican Law 172-13, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California law (CCPA/CPRA). We give everyone the same treatment, wherever they live.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No system is 100% secure, so please do not send sensitive information through these channels.
Links and third-party services
The site links to Google Forms, Cal.com, Payhip, Netlify and social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Each has its own privacy and cookie policy, and we do not control what they do with your data. We recommend reading them.
Changes and contact
If we update this policy, we will change the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know. For questions or complaints, write to nb@nongelysbell.com. If you feel we did not handle your request, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.
